**The Hoxton has landed in Italy!**
In May 2021 we opened The Hoxton, Rome. After several months of operation, we are looking for an experienced **Sales Executive**. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for creating and managing a portfolio of accounts at The Hoxton Rome for Group and M&E; business.
The Hoxton, Rome is our 10th Hoxton and boasts 192 bedrooms of different sizes. Cugino is our large coffee bar and takeaway counter, and Beverly is our light-flooded restaurant. The Apartment is our unique meetings & events space concept, consisting of 5 rooms connecting to our communal kitchen area.
**What you’ll do**:
- Prospect new accounts for MICE business.




- Respond to new enquiries & conduct site visits.
- Account manage existing key MICE accounts both across the domestic and international market.
- Work together with our Global MICE Sellers based out of our Head Office in London.
- You’ll work closely with our Groups, Meeting and Events Executive to ensure the success of every group and event taking place in the Hotel.
- Represent The Hoxton at industry networking events and Sales Trips and organise on-site client entertainment, show rounds and familiarization visits.
- Prepare and execute creative sales strategies to maximise our revenues.
- Generate new business through market research, existing knowledge, and liaising with our Global sales team.
- Work towards personal Group and M&E; revenue goals and KPOs.
- Cross-sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globally to maximise revenue opportunities.
**What we’re looking for**:
- 3+ years’ experience in a sales roles, ideally with some international experience.
- Experience in working with the Italian MICE market.
- Previous experience of using Opera for Sales & Catering
- Fluency in English, any other languages are a bonus but not essential.
