- Business Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Approximately 3/4 years of experiece Marketing roles
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
**Position Summary**
Reporting to the Nescafé & Starbucks Marketing Manager, you will lead Nescafé Mixes (Cappuccino and Indulgent Coffees) plans and execute integrated marketing & commercial plans accordingly, to drive the growth in the market and unsure business targets (organic growth, market share and profitability).
**A Day in the Life of the Brand Manager Nescafé Mixes**:
- Consumer and market_
- Develops a deep understanding of consumer/shopper behavior and coffee trends,
identifying key opportunities and generating relevant insights to grow in the category
- Develops strong, functionally aligned commercial plans with CDT
- Monitors and analyze sell-out data to understand and better design the strategy
- Monitors and manages PFME spending
- Develops & successfully implements consumer promotions, channel based promotions, events and activities throughout the year, monitoring the performance.
- Brand_
- Works in partnership with Content Hub to generate brand content
- Works with Media Partners to create successful communication plans
- Works synergically with Coffee Z-Eur team to have fruitful connections
- Product portfolio_
- Leads the strategy in Retail for Indulgent Coffees (Italian products)
- Contributes and executes inno/reno pipeline involving all the relevant stakeholders and business functions
- Manage and be responsible of Nescafé Mixes P&L;
