**The **Receptionist strongly contributes in making the office efficiently operating and in conveying a welcoming and positive image of the company to employees and external guests.**
**Main duties as **Receptionist/Back office**
- ** Welcome and record visitors,



receive and sort calls and perform any requested activity related to the office management, including sending/receiving packages or documents via post or courier and performing needed admin tasks in collaboration with the General Services coordinator.**
- ** Support the General Services/HR team in organizing initiatives/events in office and outside.**
**Required Qualifications**
- ** High School Diploma or Equivalent/Bachelor’s degree**
- ** English fluent and possibly another EU language**
- ** At least 2/3 years as **Receptionist/Back office or similar roles**
- ** Ability to address issues, resolve complaints**
- ** Strong sense of empathy for people and ability to respond in difficult situations**
- ** Google Suite experience**
- ** Excellent written and verbal communication skills**
**Location: Rome Office**
**Contract: Temporary contract, max 12 months**
**Working hours: 20 hours/week (morning)**_from Monday to Thursday**
