**Position Snapshot**

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related degree preferred
- Approximately 2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing roles
- Solid experience with Google Analytics and other digital performances tools (eg. Google AdWords, Criteo, Facebook Insights, Social Bakers, Google Data Studio)
- Solid experience working with PPC, affiliate, social adv and retargeting platforms
- Depth Search understanding (SEA/SEO/Voice Search)
- Fluent English is required.
**Position Summary**
Within Nestlé Health Science Italian eBusiness team, we are looking for a person with analytical and communication skills who will manage Digital and eCommerce activities,
working in close collaboration with Marketing and Sales & Commercial teams. To support NHSc eBusiness & CRM strategy and contribute to accelerate digital transformation, managing and optimizing all digital assets and driving digital and social media plan to achieve results through all stages of funnel. The Digital Marketing specialist will be also responsible for gathering, structuring, and analyzing data to derive compelling insights that drive optimization of online and eCommerce marketing initiatives.
**A Day in the Life of Digital Marketing Specialist**:
- Leading the execution and optimization of digital and eCommerce marketing campaigns
- Managing KPI to ensure full-funnel successful strategies and to coverage customer journeys of different targets (B2C, B2B)
- Tracking and monitoring campaign results, providing proactive check-ins and real time optimizations
- Managing social media campaigns, including audience targeting, eCommerce campaigns and budget optimization.
- Building and maintain effective digital assets along digital funnel and building digital brand storytelling
- Leading a strong Search strategy
- Building and maintain strong relationship with external partners and agencies.
