**Position Summary**
Responsible for supporting the National Account Manager to develop sales of company products and all related sales activities to designated national key clients. Co-responsible with NAM in the forecasting process and data analysis.
**A day in the life of the Customer Development Specialist**:
- Business: Support NAM in Monitoring sales, promo activities, forecast accuracy, build customer balance sheet.
Helps Nam to define and achieve business goals. Plan and execute flawlessly.
- Organization: Support Nam to Analyze sales statistics gathered to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers and timely inform all involved functions and directions.
- People: Successfully work and coordinate trade marketing and marketing team to develop commercial initiatives on national customers.
