Position Summary

Build production plans respecting the agreed level of available capacity to ensure that finished and semi-finished goods are available with high freshness, at the right stock location to meet customer demand whilst minimizing cost.

A Day in the Life…

- Establishes an 18-month production plan for the factories within their responsibility (including sub/contracting factories where within scope of role).




- Creates a feasible production plan that respects capacity defined (available capacity) and overall constraints.
- Establishes Committed Capacity, including timing proposals for plant shutdowns, investments etc.
- Provides information on labor requirements through Committed Capacity.
- Identifies possible opportunities and improvements in collaboration with the factory within the 18-month horizon.
- Support and collaborate in long terms projects and studies concerning strategic capacity utilization.
- Contribute to cross functional planning activities collaborating with logistics and distribution.
- Lead and coordinate recurrent routines with factory team according to Best Practice.

- Problem solving & Project Management skills

- Good cooperation spirit and communication skills
- Good level of English (written & spoken); fluent Italian is mandatory
- Curiosity & attention to detail.
