which includes asset delivery.
Our mission to support Lilly commercial packaging globally is accomplished through a staff of internal Lilly technical experts as well as a leveraged organization of design, construction, and qualification contractors.
Many of the assets delivered focus on medical innovation and delivering innovative solutions to patients.
Some of the assets delivered will support an expansion in the supply of existing medicines or make the supply chain more robust.Responsibilities:Project Management: Lead and manage large capital projects ($5MM to $100+MM) consisting of both Lilly and Non-Lilly professionals to safely achieve project objectives from conceptual design through performance qualification and/or process validation.
Project objectives are defined by scope, asset capability or capacity, cost, schedule, and compliance.Compliance: Lead with a disciplined, structured approach to project management based on compliance with GFD, Global Packaging, and Company Policies and Procedures.Safety/Environment: Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans for projects.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies, procedures, and work rules for project personnel,
