**Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Limerick** is looking for a **Night Manager** to join the team.

**Main Responsabilities**:
- To direct and manage all night department operations and employees. In doing so, to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, smooth running and proactive service to guests and team.
- To comply with the company Guest Service policy by ensuring that our guests are a priority always; to endeavour to anticipate guest needs & respond appropriately, care for and resolve any queries, requests and complaints.




- To identify training needs and ensure team members receive skills training to consistently maintain the hotels’ required standards.
- Previous experience in a night role at manager or assistant manager level.
- Experience in a 4 star hotel environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent customer care
- Very good leadership skills.
- Fluent English
