**Qualifications**:
- ITEC or CIBTAC spa therapy qualifications (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a spa setting.
- Strong massage and body treatment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for providing exceptional guest service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
