Your job**: Restaurant & Bars Multi-Site Operations Manager**
Your boss**:Restaurant and Bars Director
Your **mission**: You will be responsible for the overall management of the day to day operations of the restaurant & bars operations, in accordance with company standards in:
- Quality of Product, Product Development, Presentation and Service
- Talent Management and their Learning and Development
- The Financials
- Compliance
Your **Responsibilities**:
Quality of Product, Product Development, Presentation and Service
- Lead by example in all areas of product knowledge, consistency and pride in standards, timings, presentation and quality.
- Demonstrate full commitment to menu and wine knowledge and 100% focus on achieving all service requirements.
- Ensure that the restaurant opens, operates and closes to the required standards.
- Work with all staff to ensure development of customer relationships and creation of loyal regulars.
- Have a pro-active view towards promotions and sales and up selling to maximise sales with the team.
Talent Management
- Support the team to ensure that effective processes and procedures are being followed in relation to all elements of the Talent journey, i.e.
recruitment and selection, talent management and people relations.
- Full commitment to the learning and development of the team from service standards & training plans for all new starts to ongoing learning opportunities at all levels.
- Drive effective communication from management meetings, team briefing and our food tastings.
The Financials
- Be responsible for accurate and secure cash management of the business.
- Cost of Sales analysis and pro-active management of potentials using sales mix reports.
- Be responsible for food and beverage cost of sales and develop suitable strategies that optimize restaurant capacity.
- Profit and Loss management, including occupancy and business cost tracking.
