**Join Lynk & Co as an Area Sales Manager for Northern Italy (Milan)!**
- Be a key player in our Sales Organization, driving Lynk & Co’s transformation journey in the northern region of Italy. Based in Milan, you’ll work closely with dealers and partners, supporting our shift to a Dual Distribution model while promoting Lynk & Co’s growth. This role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment, reporting directly to the Commercial Director in Italy.
**What You’ll Do**
**Strategize and Plan**: Collaborate with dealers to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with Lynk & Co’s goals.
**Drive Sales**: Lead market meetings, promotional activities, and dealer training programs to boost performance.
**Analyze and Improve**: Monitor regional performance, conduct quarterly reviews, and implement improvements to meet targets.
**Collaborate**: Work with the Key Account Manager to enhance fleet and online sales.
**Ensure Customer Satisfaction**: Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives across new and used car businesses in your region.
**What You Should Have**
- University degree (preferred) and experience in automotive sales or similar roles.
- Strong industry knowledge and proven business development skills.
- Leadership training or experience (a plus).
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
