HILL is expanding in Italy; we are looking for a New Data Centre project in Milan region: Data Centre Construction Manager Reporting: Project Director Location: Milano – Italy (On-site presence during construction will be required.)
Project Duration: minimum 3 years As a Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of the Data Center projects by maintaining continuous communication with the Project Director, addressing project progress and concerns.
Your responsibilities include: Advising the Project Director on potential progress slippage and proposing corrective actions.
Reviewing and assessing monthly progress invoices.




Monitoring weekly and monthly reports to identify areas of non-compliance.
Regular site visits and collaboration with the PM team to evaluate requests for information and contractor transmittals.
Preparing and submitting a comprehensive closeout report for the project.
