Our client is a Milan-based Real Estate private equity platform who is in the early stage of their growth, as they implement their pan-European investment strategy.

At this critical point in their development, they are looking to recruit a Vice President to support the partners with their significant growth plans for opportunistic multi-sector acquisitions across Europe.

This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, self-starter – a technically strong investment professional – looking to work in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment in a growing team in Milan.

The successful candidate will join an expanding platform that is still in its European adolescence,



but which benefits from the continued support of experienced and well-respected senior leaders.

The Role:

Based in Milan, with pan-European coverage, the Vice President Acquisitions will play a key part in investing across the region. As a key senior member of the Investment team, you will be responsible for:

- Evaluation of real estate investment and development opportunities
- Responsible for underwriting and closing real estate investments across the firm’s strategies in a range of European markets
- Leverage existing, and developing new trusted relationships with owner/operators, developers, investors, brokers, lenders/bankers, and other marketing sources to generate ongoing lists of qualified investment opportunities
- Expected to make substantial contributions to analysis that will inform the firm's investment decisions
- Oversee and drive a thorough, detail oriented due diligence process protecting the firm's risk profile throughout the transaction
- Leading deal execution processes
- Manage small deal teams to process and execute transactions while developing junior talent
- Preparation of market research updates, sector analysis and benchmarking studies
- Managing and monitoring existing investments

To qualify, candidates must possess:





- MBA or similar university degree
- Minimum 7 plus years of relevant real estate investment experience with PRIOR experience of working in London
- Proven investment track record of sourcing, structuring and closing transactions.
- Self-starter who can take deal from initial analysis to due diligence
- Excellent due diligence, analytical, transaction structuring and financial skills.
- Disciplined and rigorous in underwriting and managing investments
