Your Role:

As a Marketing & Communication Specialist, you will:

• Create Compelling Content: Manage our editorial calendar and produce engaging content for articles, blogs, press releases, newsletters, and ads.

• Shape Communication Strategies: Develop innovative approaches to amplify our brand identity across online and offline channels, with offline communication playing a major role.

• Strengthen Relationships: Build connections with media, partners, and ambassadors, and lead storytelling initiatives with students and alumni.

• Enhance Brand Visibility: Oversee promotional materials, event visuals, and trade show coordination in collaboration with our graphic design team.

• Utilize Marketing Tools: Leverage CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot), WordPress, and other online marketing tools to optimize campaigns.

• Analyze Trends: Monitor market trends and competitors to refine marketing strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in marketing, communication, or related fields.

• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.

• Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), WordPress, and other digital marketing tools.





• Familiarity with both online and offline marketing strategies.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Familiarity with market research and trend analysis.

• Proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
