On behalf of an important luxury company, we are looking for a:
Junior Key Account Manager
The Junior Key Account Manager will be in charge of implementing an effective sales strategy in order to represent the Brand within regional retailers, top chains and on line platforms.
Profilo
Main responsibilities:
Works with Regional Sales creating and developing Sales Programs;
Defines sell-in and sell-out targets for all the defined retailers;
Builds and develops long-lasting relationships with Retailers,



driving negotiations with key buyers and creating Importante Azienda partnerships;
Defines sales objectives and forecasts per Retailer, and on-line platforms;
Monitors the budget defined for every retailers and on-line platforms;
Manages effective customer service activities,driving continuous improvement and efficiency;
Scouts new business opportunities in assigned channels either in other new prestige beauty channels;
Coordinate the Trade marketing activities on Brick and Mortar and on-line channel:
Clearly communicates priorities and targets;
Solves conflicts and negotiates win-win solutions with commercial partners.
**Requirements**:
University Degree;
2-4 years sales experience:
Commercial background, better if in the Prestige Beauty / Consumer Goods industry or professional business;
Strong Negotiations skills;
Excellent usage of Excel and BI Systems;
Performance & Goal oriented personality;
Great ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders;
Established relationships with key Beauty Retailers, Top salons and top market players in the market;




Good knowledge of social network and on line platforms;
Fluency in Italian and English.
