We are looking for a Junior HR Operation Specialist to join our team in Milan.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing and maintaining current HRIS
- Analysing HR data and reporting to internal stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems and designing systems or upgrades or suggesting additions to meet these needs
- Fixing issues, glitches and system problems
- Planning for future systems requirements.
**Requirements**:
**What do we expect from you**:
- Graduated in Economics or Business administration
- Fluent in English
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality, previous experience using Excel will be considered a plus
- Basic knowledge of labour laws will be considered a plus
