Job description:RDM is looking for an Operations Excellence Officer to join the Operations Team based in the Mill in Santa Giustina (BL).The Operations Excellence Officer is responsible for Lean education and Change Management, continuous results monitoring and improvement "Performance Management", lean organization and processes implementation of Lean Initiatives.Responsibilities:Support the Mill Manager in Performance Management and Lean Initiatives; Implement Root-cause analysis (RCA) & corrective actions, Process Standardization, Maintenance Excellence Program, and support Technological upgrades; Ensure the correct and complete maintenance of dashboards (KPI's) and coordinate related weekly/monthly meetings with Initiative Owners,



Mill Manager, and Corporate Lean Manager; Coach Change Agentsand promote Lean approach and Continuous Improvement methodology in the Mill; Train staff on 5S+1methodology and manage/coordinate internal audits to maintain the new standards.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering; Advanced knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement tools and methodology; At least 3+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing; Fluent written and spoken English; Skills & Attitudes: Problem Solving, Statistical Analysis, Orientation to decision making and people development; Leadership, Teamwork, good listening skills, Pro-Active, Orientation to results.Location: Santa Giustina (BL), VenetoOnly those candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
