**LOCATION**
This position is based at our property in Venice, Italy.
**POSITION OVERVIEW**
We are looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join our property Aman Venice as an Accounting and HR intern.
You will be exposed to the exciting world of international luxury hospitality providing hands-on HR and training support as well as accounting and finance activities.
You will be working closely with the hotel management team as well as the corporate office where you are encouraged to contribute with your own ideas.
with a positive and creative mindset, a high degree of self-motivation and independence.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist the Accounting and HR Team in any day-to-day tasks
- Assist in all daily, weekly, month end, or quarterly inventories as needed




- Support the accounting team with the invoices registration
- Support the organization and follow-up of trainings with colleagues
- Take care of the onboarding process
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- You are currently studying or have a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration or hospitality/tourism
- You are fluent in English.
You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- You possess strong organizational skills and have a structured working style
- You have good analytical and technical skills and very good knowledge of MS Office
- You feel comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with very good time management, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient
- You have a strong sense of integrity and respect for confidentiality
