Project Safety Assurance Manager reports directly to Italy Mainline Regional Center Safety Manager

MAIN MISSION
Manage, perform and ensure the Safety assurance activities related to Signalling Mainline Trackside (e.g. Interlocking and ERTMS) Projects
Deliver safe solutions (Projects)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate all the Safety Assurance activities on the project as per Safety process defined in Signalling Safety Instruction
Manage the internal and external resources involved in the project
Define safety plan and manage safety workload and associated planning
Perform and coordinate Safety activities (Risk Analyses, Hazard Log, Review Cybersecurity, Verification&Validation;,Test & Commissioning activities from a Safety perspective)
Support tenders and/or Regional Center team to integrateproduct/system in projects
Build the Safety Reports and/or the Safety Cases
Participate proactively to Technical review
Defend Safety Case argumentations in front of internal (Quality,Safety Assessor) and external (ISA)



assessors; define and follow-upaction plans to close the findings of the assessors
Manage Safety Issues ad defined in Alstom process
Key Job Authorities and Dimensions
Safety reference on the related Project for the Core team, Customer (internal or external) and Assessors / Railway Safety Authorities
Work package responsible for Safety activities of the related project(Workload and budget)
