Job Description
The Project Manager will lead and oversee complex interior design projects for our luxury rail services.
- Manage and oversee all phases of interior design projects, from concept through execution, for luxury rail interiors.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure project objectives and brand standards are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Produce and review technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and other design software.
- Oversee the creation of interior visuals and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Maintain high standards for quality and accuracy in design deliverables, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections as needed, coordinating with vendors and contractors for quality control.
- Report on project progress to senior management, providing insights and adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management roles, with a strong focus on interiors in luxury hospitality or railway sectors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modelling software, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong project management skills with experience in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of sustainability and regulatory standards in the rail or hospitality industry is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software is considered a plus.
