We are looking for a TALENT & PERFORMANCE JUNIOR SPECIALIST to be hired with a FIXED TERM CONTRACT . Main Responsibilities:



Support in the deployment and daily management of Performance Management and Talent Management processes at the global level. Draft and update supporting materials and documentation for all processes and their phases. Execute communication plans and calendars to ensure timely and effective dissemination of information. Conduct timely analysis and reporting within the scope of Performance and Talent Management, collaborating with HR Capabilities & Systems for data management. Provide support to all stakeholders involved in the processes in managing the systems and tools used, primarily SuccessFactors & Qualtrics. Requirements: Degree in Business, Management, Human Resources or similar fields; Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Intermediate proficiency in Office365 package (especially Excel and Power Point); Proactivity, flexibility, and attention to detail; Good communication skills and team player attitude.
