We are seeking a dynamic Internal Sales Specialist to join our team in Muggiò, Italy. In this role, you will be a crucial link between our sales team and customers, providing exceptional support and driving sales growth from within our organization.
- Collaborate with field sales representatives to manage customer accounts and support sales initiatives
- Process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information to support the sales process
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal sales strategies
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales approaches
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
