About the role :

Be in the center of it, not just part of it! As Customer Success Manager, Marketplace Italy (m / f / d), you will lead our sellers to success and play a key role in the establishment, development and growth of our company.

About your tasks :





- You are part of the central platform team and significantly drive the marketplace activities within Shop Apotheke Europe in the Italian market.
- You are constantly in touch with your partners and develop strategies to support and optimize their performance.
- You are the first point of contact for your partners in case of questions.
- You create regular analyses based on all relevant KPIs to ensure that targets are achieved.
- You monitor and continuously improve partner satisfaction and the customer experience.
- You have a good sense for new market developments and point out possible market opportunities to the partner.

About you :

- You have a successfully completed degree in economics, marketing or e-commerce and/or a comparable professional qualification.
- You have experience in the marketplace or e-commerce sector.
- You have strategic thinking skills and ideally experience in the health sector.
- You have very good time management skills.
- You enjoy working with data.
- You are willing to take on responsibility and are enthusiastic about marketplaces.
- You are a good communicator and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.




- You have fluent Italian and English communication and negotiation skills.
- Good German language skills complement your profile.
