We are looking for new talents to join us as Strategy Analyst - Intern.
We are looking for motivated, entrepreneurial-minded people to support the CEO and the top management in the definition and implementation of Prima's strategic initiatives, in the different countries.
Specifically, you will take care of these tasks:
- Recognize current market trends, new technology solutions, and competitive strategies
- Support the definition and update of Prima's strategic objectives
- Coordinate the definition and periodical monitoring of strategic initiatives by the different teams, analyze the results achieved and support the management in the definition of corrective actions




- Support the CEO in the administration of top management meetings, by defining the weekly agenda, preparing analyses and documents.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent academic background
- Great PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Great communication skills (both in Italian and English) and ability to manage the workload with a good level of autonomy
- Pragmatism and strong orientation to results
In addition to the basic requirements, we will carefully evaluate these characteristics:
- Experience and knowledge of the insurance market
- Work or study experience abroad
