**We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to support LU-VE Plant in Italy **Air Hex Alonte S.r.l.
- Italy - Alonte).
In your role you will report to the Operations Project Manager.
Your location will be in Alonte (VI), Italy.
**Brief Job Description**:
The **Maintenance Manager** will have the function of coordinating and supervising the activities of the electrical and mechanical maintenance team and maintenance interventions conducted by external companies.
**WHAT YOUR TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES WILL BE**:
- Coordinate team activities by providing priorities for interventions;
- Supervise maintenance interventions by evaluating any external support from a supplier;




- Operational support in the activities;
- Monitor orders for issued spare parts and evaluation of stocks in the warehouse;
- Check the preventive maintenance deadlines;
- Check the presence of security documents (Duvri, Insurance, CCIA, DURC) in the possession of the supplier, before requesting their intervention;
- Drafting, together with the Purchasing Department, of maintenance contracts;
- Supervise interventions conducted by external suppliers;
- Drafting of transport documents for spare parts and / or equipment;
- Filling out security audit logs.
**YOUR EXPERIENCE**:
- At least 5 years' experience in the role or in similar roles
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Technical Diploma;
- knowledge of MS Office (Excel);
- Preferable knowledge of machinery for the production of heat exchangers (presses, hairpins, tube cutters, expanders, helium testing machines), machinery for the production of thin sheet metal (punching, paneling and bending machines) and other machinery such as compressors, plants for gas distribution, forklifts, cranes).
**OTHER DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Good knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of SAP will be a very big advantage;
