**_ MAIN ACTIVITIES AND DUTIES_**:
- ** Manage investigations and product impact assessments for process exceptions.**:
- ** Manage and/or Support of yield cycle time improvement project.**:
- ** Provide Technical support of to ensure robustness and efficiency of manufacturing processes.**:
- ** Active Participation to internal and/or external functional/ multifunctional Team.**:
- ** Participation to risk assessment within changes (i.e. PFMEA)**:
- ** Track and trend yields and key parameters; Utilize statistical analysis to draw appropriate conclusions from the data**:




- ** Supports process specific audits and regulatory submission**:
- ** Preparation of technical documentation and reports**:
**WHAT YOU BRING TO TAKEDA**:
**_ BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:_**:
- ** Practical and/or theoretical knowledge of protein purification**:
- ** Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)**:
- ** Understanding of GxP and related regulations**:
- ** Ability to analyze and interpret scientific and statistical data and draw appropriate conclusions.**:
- ** Problem solving and critical thinking skills**:
- ** Verbal and written communication skills.**:
- ** Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently**:
- ** Self-motivated and takes personal responsibility for getting the job done**:
- ** Build collaborative relationships with other department (i.e Quality, production, engineering)**:

- **Master or PhD degree in technical / scientific education, preferably pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology or pharma - process engineering**:
