For our Consumer Health Care department, located in Pomezia (Italy),



we are looking for an **E2E R&D; Scientist **for our EMEA R&D; Femcare department to be hired with a temporary contract of 12 months.
The Femcare R&D; Scientist will lead leading technical projects within cross functional teams for the development and qualification of new raw materials and the introduction of new products in the market.
As part of the FemCare R&D; team the **E2E R&D; Scientist** will:
- Lead end to end technical projects for the development and validation of new raw materials for hygiene products, working in partnership with Marketing, Procurement, Regulatory, Engineering, Q&C; and other international departments
- Be the R&D; technical core member for new launches and up-claims of FemCare products to support our health & sustainability pipeline
- Identify, in partnership with Procurement, key suppliers for the development of new materials for steady innovation and new health and sustainability benefits
- Ideate new technical solution and claims combining deep consumer understanding and sound technical knowledge
- Coordinate prototyping and lab testing of products and raw materials. Be responsible of test results analysis and reporting
**Qualifications**
- Education Requirements: Master degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field is preferred
- Experience in R&D; environment is preferred
- Technical experience in the hygiene business is preferred
- Passion for science, technology and problem solving
- Strong collaboration spirit and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with statistical analysis




- Fluent in Italian language and in English (B2 level and above)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with different areas (global cross functional teams, suppliers)
- Experience in working in complex environment is preferred
