**The Position**
As a Rybelsus Brand Lead you will be responsible for diabetes brand strategy to realize full potential of oral Semaglutide. As part of the team, you will have frontline exposure to our brand and marketing vision, business strategies, launch and lifecycle plans, and critical market insights that drive our business forward.
In this position you will lead all activities to maximize brand value by continuing to shape the market, create product awareness and position, build organization excitement. You will be responsible for the brand plan, organize promotional events, brand internal and external communication, annual tactical plan to drive brand fast and strong uptake. You will develop and manage omni-channel and media marketing campaigns identifying and monitoring relevant KPIs.
Furthermore:
- Lead extensive Cross-Functional team to investigate environmental challenges, impact on market and stakeholders and ensure cross functional alignment
- Ensure constant dialogue and alignment with Global, IO-Region and SEEMEA stakeholders, build effective working relations with KOL and brand equity across HCPs and patients
- Manage the assigned budget to reach business objectives being ready to leverage extra-funding and investment opportunities and build sales forecast by analysing market trends and product performance. In charge of training and mentoring Sales force as well
- Develop and manage omni-channel and media marketing campaigns identifying and monitoring relevant KPIs
- Ensure brand strategy alignment with Global incorporating local perspective by working continuously for process improvements and propose new solution for marketing practices
**Qualifications**
To be eligible for this role you a relevant academic background in Economics/Life science and Master’s degree In Marketing/Business management. You have at least 3-5 years of experience on Brand Management or relevant field. You have excellent written & verbal communication, coupled with strong problem-solving,
execution and proactive attitude.

- Result oriented with both strategic and analytic mindset
- Customer oriented with the ability to build strong cross functional relationships
- Fluent Italian & English Language
**About the Department**
Our Diabetes department is responsible for defining the local portfolio strategy and driving key marketing activities among healthcare providers and hospitals. You will be part of energetic and motivated professionals and take action to improve the daily lives of patients suffering from diabetes. This position represents Novo Nordisk brand strategies with the aim of maximizing brand values as a leading diabetes care company.
