Partner with the best As a Mechanical Field Service Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our global customers on-site. You will be responsible for leading activities, people, and HSE compliance to a high standard. You will enjoy opportunities to develop your product knowledge and technical skills in a dynamic, innovative environment. As a Mechanical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for: Providing technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality. Overseeing, overhaul, troubleshooting, and commissioning of Centrifugal Compressor products at customer sites. Leading in customer and contractor meetings to share and update action plans and to advise on technical solutions. Ensuring internal training, compliance, and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards. Work Experience
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment. Have experience working in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar). Display an impressive customer service mindset and experience leading customers through tough decisions.
Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding. Have a deep awareness of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance and potential risks. Be a motivated self-starter and be able to make key decisions and innovate solutions. Have a good knowledge of English. Be available to travel globally 70% of the time. Have an EU Passport or a European Work permit.
