Are you passionate about driving product innovation and working with cutting-edge technology? CCH Tagetik is looking for a dynamic Product Owner to join our Product Management, Integrated Business Planning team.
You will be responsible for leading and assisting 2 development teams and prioritizing the backlog based on the internal and external requests, and collaborating with the Product Manager.
You may work in one of our offices in Lucca , Milan , Turin , or Rome .
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare Acceptance Criteria with functional requirements for User Stories and provide functional guidance to the team.
- Order and refine the items in the Product Backlog to best address the strategic goals of the organization and satisfy customer needs.
- Participate in the team Review and System Demo, accept and certify User Stories when completed.
- Interact with key stakeholders (customers, partners, services team) to facilitate the refinement and prioritization of the Product Backlog.
- Prepare mockups with UX designer to facilitate development.
- Enable the Tagetik Academy and Training team to provide details on the features developed.
- Collaborate with the Presales team in the preparation of demos for new features.
- Enable the Second Level Support team for issue troubleshooting.
- Assist in the management of critical or escalated customer issues.
- Assist in testing and providing feedback for user stories during development.
- Help the Product Manager in collecting competitive and market intelligence and share it with the team.
- Help the team in acquiring functional knowledge.
- Assist the team in providing captions / tool tips / user documentation for new features.
- You are expected to spend 20% of your time market facing and 80% with the development team.
You have:
- 3-5 years’ experience in Agile Scrum either as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Solution Owner.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
- Ability to identify risks / gaps, create mitigation plans for each, and escalate to project leadership based on impact and priority.
- Ability to work in teams within a hybrid environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer priorities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentations skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience with CCH Tagetik or equivalent Corporate Performance Management solution.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
- Strong business and technology acumen.
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles.
- Strong understanding of Microservices and Cloud Implementations.
