Customer Success Engineer – Cloud (Contract 12 months Initially)Location: Italy (Fully Remote)83zero is partnered with a leading cyber security company who are seeking a skilled Customer Success Engineer within their market leading Cloud Security solution to join their highly collaborative team based across Europe.
They are looking for a hardworking individual who has great experience guiding the customer on the cloud transformation implementation process and understanding their objectives.Role Overview:The successful Customer Success Engineer will be the go-to person in solving customer support requests and coordinating and prioritizing timely resolutions with engineering teams.




This is a technical role with strong customer focus and would suit a proven Cloud Consultant or technical Pre-Sales individual who has strong CI/CD Deployment, Containerisation, VM etc.If you are interested in AI, you will have a great opportunity to work on the number one AI Security solution.Key Responsibilities:Leading and managing development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and efficient resource utilization.Advising customers on how to establish and manage their Cloud Security Change Management/Governance/Center of Excellence programs.Developing a comprehensive understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives to appropriately map Prisma Cloud features and associated business benefits to address their needs.Skills & Experience:5+ years commercial experience in pre-sales, post-sales, technical support, solution architecture, consultant or similar.Strong experience in consulting and project management.Experience working with Cloud Platforms e.g.
