The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality support to our customers.Activities & Responsibilities:Provide technical support to customers via phone, email,
and chat.Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely and efficient manner.Document and track customer issues and resolutions.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.Work with product development teams to identify and fix bugs.Stay up-to-date on the latest software releases and updates.Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers.Requirements:Portfolio of work that demonstrates software technical support skills and abilities.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.2+ years of experience in software technical support.Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with agile methodologies and tools.Strong customer focus and commitment to providing high-quality support.Experience with product management tools and methodologies (Scrum, Jira, Confluence).Professional English.
