Under the direction of the EHS Manager, the candidate will be in charge of all EHS topics and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 procedures and development and will collaborate in the hazards identification, risks assessment and EHS measures implementation to continuously improve the work environment, machines/equipments and utilities,

In addition, the resource will be placed in a multiplant context with opportunities for growth.Main ResponsibilitiesDefinition of plant guidelines and policies for EHS and Sustainability topicsHazard identification, risks assessment, identification and implementation of measures for health and safety in the working environment and to minimize impact on the environment, in compliance with the laws in force and based on specific knowledge of plant organizationDevelopment and maintenance of the Health, Safety and Environment Management System, certified as per standards ISO 45001 and ISO 14001Guarantee that these Systems are submitted to periodical audits to ensure continuous improvement in the performanceAnalyze the applicable health, safety and environment regulations and act as driver for the actuation and fulfillmentCollaborate with technical departments to define prevention and protection measures to be takenIdentify personal protection devices to be used as a consequence of the risks assessmentPropose workers' information and training programs cooperating in the organization and distributionGuarantee that medical and paramedical supervision is suitable for the plant needsGuarantee that collection of main sustainability, safety, health and environment KPI is executed in consistency with the methods and tools defined,
