Position: Export Area Manager Europe
For the expansion of the gelato commercial division, Unigrà is looking for an Export Area Manager for Europe.
The ideal candidate is dynamic and results-oriented, capable of managing and developing sales of semi-finished gelato products abroad.
The ideal candidate has solid international commercial experience in the food sector, a strong passion for gelato products, and a deep understanding of international markets.
Responsibilities: Management of distributors and direct end customers in European foreign markets.
Development of new business opportunities and expansion of the customer portfolio.
Implementation of commercial strategies defined with management.
Monitoring of sales performance and achievement of set objectives.
Analysis of foreign markets and identification of new trends and opportunities.
Management of commercial negotiations and contract negotiations.
Participation in industry fairs and international events.
Collaboration with internal departments (Marketing, R&D;, Quality, Production, Back Office, Warehouse) to ensure proper order execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Education: Degree or diploma in economic disciplines or equivalent.
Experience: Solid international commercial experience in the food sector, specifically in gelato.
Technical Skills: Technical knowledge of the gelato field, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Languages: Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
Willingness for frequent foreign travel (minimum 50%).
