The team is responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of the CCH Tagetik ESG Solution to our Enterprise customers.You will:Support to configuring, building, setting up all features and functions for the solution to satisfy regulation requirements.Document all relevant solution information, features, key points and perform quality assurance.Collect all feedback and classify based on importance/urgency.Perform analysis on solution and identify areas that may indicate compliance risks.Work with compliance, legal and business intelligence (BI) leads to interpret and map regulatory reporting requirements.Contribute to develop trusted client relationships vital to the success of the solution.Maintain an understanding of client business goals and challenges and act as client advocate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.Encourage client feedback to help drive the development of CCH Tagetik solutions.You have:Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or STEMConfidence in extracting, manipulating and analyzing business data for regulatory reporting and building configuration optionsInterest in Corporate Social Responsibility, Climate Change and Sustainability areasStrong technology knowledge and business acumenStrong analytical and problem-solving skills (business & technical)Outstanding service-orientation and strong interpersonal skillsFluency in Italian and EnglishNice to have:Knowledge of software analysis techniques and definition of functional specificationsExperience working with programming language – SQLSystem Integration experience and troubleshooting skillsWhat do we offer you at CCH Tagetik part of Wolters Kluwer?Flexible working hours where you can start between 8:00 and 10:00 and flexible working policy (2 days in the office, 3 days from home).English classes and full access to E-learning platforms such as Pluralsight, LinkedIn Learning and Udemy.Continuous training plans provided through in-person courses, certifications, training-on-the-job, webinars.Performance plans where we would like to determine which career path you prefer to follow.
