- Strategic Planning : Drive the planning of molding machines, creating production orders aligned with customer needs.
- Production Efficiency : Schedule and align production orders, ensuring timely release and conducting backlog analysis for optimal efficiency.
- Resource Management : Oversee raw materials and semi-finished products needed for production, maintaining an organized and efficient supply chain.
- System Expertise : Utilize SAP for registration and manage the graphical table for production orders, ensuring precision and accuracy.
- Operational Analytics : Conduct OOH analysis and weekly statistics,



contributing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- Customer-Centric Approach : Manage the customer database and support related departments, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.
- Packaging Excellence : Oversee the packaging system, ensuring it aligns with company standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications :

- Education & Experience : Advanced Degree in Management Engineering or compensating years of experience. 1-3 years of preferred professional experience.
- Language Proficiency : Business-level English proficiency for effective communication in our global environment.
- Technical Aptitiude : Systems agility-SAP and MS-Office for efficient data management.
- Analytical Thinking : Bring an analytical mindset to drive strategic planning and resource optimization.
