**PRODUCT MANAGER Medical Aesthetics**
With Marketing Manager support is responsible for the development and effective implementation of a local market plan for the products within country, and provides input to Regional marketing planning and leads the in-country Franchise Team, to ensure close alignment between regional brand strategy and local implementation within each country.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Communicates the roles and responsibilities to relevant stakeholders including Sales Programme team, Sales Management, Agencies
- Tracks implementation of activities in the local market plan working with agencies and country team to ensure timely and effective execution




- Trains country sales force in the execution of market programs and use of materials
- Manage local KOL development plans, local Congresses and New Indication launches to ensure alignment with local Business Plan, Regional marketing strategy and Congress/Med Ed plans
- Management and Delivery of Promotional Materials
- Collaborates with local team to identify and implement all effective action necessary towards achievement of agreed sales targets for country.
- Anticipates competitor strategy, makes recommendations to local BUD/BUM and develops counter-plans.
- Manages with the BUD the promotional budget to maximum effect ensuring effective spend to deliver sales and profit targets.
**Qualifications**- University Degree or equivalent (preferably Business/Marketing or Science)
- 1+ year of Marketing experience desirable
- Experience of Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Aesthetics industry
- Sales Management experience preferred
- Fluency in local language and in English (written and verbal)
- Project management skills
- Good analytical skills
- Extensive travel within Country and within EU (50%)
