Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Form close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales and demand for Hanwha security products.
- Achieve set objectives relating to all relevant sales and product quantity mix through strategic analysis of market opportunities.
- Conduct short and medium-term sales planning regularly,



liaising with the Hanwha Product Management team to share market information.
- Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) as part of the Hanwha channel partner programme (STEP Programme), with responsibility for sales revenue generated through assigned partners.
- Support Strategic Sales Managers for opportunities identified in the assigned region within defined Strategic Vertical Markets.
- Responsibilities include: End user consultations, liaising with major System integrators, ensuring customer base is updated with product information, increasing project pipeline and revenue with existing customers, creating a project pipeline with new customers, reporting on sales and project progress, conducting existing customer audit analysis, product and market segmentation, and achieving all budgets and targets.

Requirements:

- A proven track record in a business development or sales role, achieving sales in a demanding environment.
- Extensive experience in CCTV and associated technologies or similar market segments.
- Ability to work independently in understanding customer needs and creating professional commercial proposals.
- Knowledge of the electronic security market, IT & Networking.
- Previous experience working for a CCTV manufacturer is beneficial but not essential.
- Good understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems.
- Business or Technical Degree Level Education is advantageous.
- Intermediate & Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
- Desire to positively impact the market and brand recognition.

Location:

This is a field-based role, ideally for candidates living in the Milan area or Southern Italy. The role involves extensive travel within Italy and occasional travel outside of Italy.
