Are you an experienced marketing and communications professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, MedTech industry? Bracco Imaging is seeking a Senior Marketing Communication Manager to lead our global Imaging Portfolio marketing communication strategy and to drive brand excellence.
About the Role
As a Senior Marketing Communication Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing Bracco Imaging’s global external communication strategy. Your mission is to ensure our product portfolio is effectively positioned and communicated to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and external stakeholders across all channels. You will collaborate closely with Global Marketing, Business Units,
and Digital Teams to drive impactful product content, strengthen brand positioning, and enhance omnichannel engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a global external communication strategy for Bracco Imaging’s product portfolio aligned with marketing objectives. - Develop and execute innovative, customer-centric content and campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. - Ensure consistent product narratives and messaging across all external communication channels. - Manage and oversee the creation of compelling content, including digital brochures, websites, videos, and social media assets. - Manage omnichannel communication plans, integrating digital platforms, social media, online content and press engagements, to maximize HCP engagement. - Build and enhance relationships with external media, ensuring Bracco Imaging’s presence in scientific and industry publications. - Lead communication strategies for international medical congresses, symposia, and industry events. - Act as the Strategic Partner for Global Marketing, working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory compliance in communication efforts, while aligning with product positioning and commercial strategies. - Guide and support regional teams in localizing and adapting global product communication strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 15+ years in external communication, product communication, or marketing within healthcare, pharmaceuticals or MedTech devices. - Expertise: Proven record in driving HCP (B2B Healthcare) targeted communication strategies,
omnichannel engagement, media relations, and digital marketing. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to align communication efforts with business and marketing goals. - Project Leadership: Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives in a fast-paced global environment. - Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. - Innovation: Passion for leveraging digital transformation in marketing communication.
