**Position**:
The Knitwear Product Development Specialist will join the development offices in Roma and will support the development of all knitwear products (from the protos stage to final samples). Objective is to handle all the development process and deliver all information, liaising, together with the Woman Knitwear Product Development Manager, with style, merchandising and production team.
**Responsabilities**:
- Support in managing the entire product development process and timelines
- Develop relationships with current and new suppliers
- Liaise with design team to address fit issues while ensuring cost, quality and lead times are maintained




- Involved in R&D; for yarn and new manufacturing techniques for innovation and cost containment to achieve targets;
- Manage creation and updating of product data sheets;
- Share technical information and support industrialization during fine-tuning phases
**Profile**:
- At least 3/4-year experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of yarning and triming technics
- Costing and negotiation skills
- Excellent skills in managing relationship with suppliers
- Highly organised, ability to prioritize, manage and coordinate diverse activities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent knowledge of english language
- Willingness to travel frequently around Italy
