**Your Responsibilities**:
- Timing & cost management: KPI platform targets are identified and managed (as part of whole project supporting)
- Interact with cross functional team to develop and establish priorities for highly complex projects or programs
- Tracking open issues and mitigation of risks
- Monitoring related cost/investments in order to keep under controls spending initiative with support of controller
- Lead team meetings for platform & key issue approval supporting Platform director
- Status to target tasked and communicated to program’s stakeholders (ensure the correct and efficient information flow and reporting during the project development phase)
**Your Profile**:




- Bachelor’s degree in a program management or a technical field
- Management in cross-functional teams with a degree of dependencies and knowledge of development process till production phase
- Technically challenging projects in the automotive sector
- At least 4-5 years of experience
- Project management including the ability to juggle with competing priorities and deadlines
- Good communicator and ability to establish trust with stakeholders in multi-cultural environment
- Interpersonal skills (empathy, team working)
- Organized, self-driven, and ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment
- Good Italian and English skills
