Key Responsibilities: Form close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales and demand for Hanwha security products. Achieve set objectives relating to all relevant sales and product quantity mix through strategic analysis of market opportunities. Conduct short and medium-term sales planning regularly,
liaising with the Hanwha Product Management team to share market information. Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) as part of the Hanwha channel partner programme (STEP Programme), with responsibility for sales revenue generated through assigned partners. Support Strategic Sales Managers for opportunities identified in the assigned region within defined Strategic Vertical Markets. Responsibilities include: End user consultations, liaising with major System integrators, ensuring customer base is updated with product information, increasing project pipeline and revenue with existing customers, creating a project pipeline with new customers, reporting on sales and project progress, conducting existing customer audit analysis, product and market segmentation, and achieving all budgets and targets. Requirements: A proven track record in a business development or sales role, achieving sales in a demanding environment. Extensive experience in CCTV and associated technologies or similar market segments. Ability to work independently in understanding customer needs and creating professional commercial proposals. Knowledge of the electronic security market, IT & Networking. Previous experience working for a CCTV manufacturer is beneficial but not essential. Good understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems. Business or Technical Degree Level Education is advantageous. Intermediate & Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel. Desire to positively impact the market and brand recognition. Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and key clients.

Proactive approach and solution finder. Self-motivated and able to work under initiative. Project Management, Product Planning, and strong communication skills required. Location: This is a field-based role, ideally for candidates living in the Milan area or Southern Italy. The role involves extensive travel within Italy and occasional travel outside of Italy.
