**The Job's Mission**
As a Regional Sales Manager your focus is to designs, develops, and implements sales programs to meet the organization's business objectives for the area center-south of Italy.
This is a management position that contributes and achieves results through others.



The role is responsible for managing subordinates in professional jobs or managing through subordinate professionals or is a leader of process that achieves results through others, who are not direct reports.

**Key Activities & Responsibilities**
- The selection, leadership, development, engagement, and supervision of the assigned sales team
- Control all resources and materials in his/her related sales area
- Optimize his/her resources and responsibility for the running of a profitable business in his area
- Customer care for (managerial) physicians, surgical/theatre staff and hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation
- Implement national strategy in terms of referrals program, education, marketing in collaboration with BUM/BUD, BDM and PMs
- Work closely with the corresponding RSM of the other division in order to set new offer with the same hospital or to implement a common strategy
- Be responsible of the accuracy of the forecast and prepare on a regular basis Business review to be shared to BUM/BUD
- Manage and coordinate agents/dealer activity, prepare budget allocation, deliver business review on quarterly basis, and organize training with TSs/PMs where necessary
- Implement a due diligence for agents and territory reorganization to be submitted to BUM/BUD
- She/Him is the link between strategy and execution and has an innovative and futuristic approach
- Takes the accountability of the KOLs and offers the customer unique perspectives
- Implement strategy and address different stakeholders,



knowing the individual customer’s value drivers
- Scouting raising stars and advocate to SYK culture among scientific community
- Manage together with PMs discretionary investments for the area assigned
- Conducting price negotiations and contractual preparation within the limits of in-house guidelines, up to contract conclusion
- Promoting and disseminating the culture of compliance (compliance with regulations and ethical behavior).
- Fulfill the quality policy and comply with company’s standard operative procedures with particular attention to the Vigilance ones
- Passionately drives and achieves or exceeds results with regards to Sales Growth and Profitability.
- Leverages the marketing organization to keep the sales force informed of new information pertaining to the market and ensuring the execution of new product launches
- Develops and executes in partnership with the BUM/BUD a short and Long Term Growth Strategy to maximize sales opportunities in the region that is aligned with Neurovascular Europe Strategies
- Inspires team (direct and indirect channels) to define new opportunities and develop tactical plans to achieve greater market share/penetration.
**Requirements of the role**:
- Degree in Engineering (Biomedical, ideal), Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field




- Minimum 6 years of successful sales and/or marketing experience within the Medical Devices industry, ideally in the Neurovascular sector
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Territory Manager role
- Previous experience in managing indirect channels is required
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written Italian and English
- Experience in Tender Management, working with Public Hospital is a must
- Ability to manage professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Be aware that the interviews will be conducted in both Italian and English.

- Work type: 100% field based
- Presence in the Operating Room: Required 30%-40%
