Your tasks: You are responsible for establishing a uniform standard for project portfolio management for all national and international CCM programs/projects.You will develop and implement standardized project management tools and methods.You will manage, coordinate, and prioritize international projects and ensure efficient capacity planning.You will act as an interface to project/program boards and report regularly to CCM management/C-level.Your contribution: With your overview of national and cross-country projects and initiatives, including cost-benefit, you ensure our strategic approach to project portfolio planning.
