is looking for a Business Analyst, Sales and Performance to join the

Mobility Aftermarket

sales team. This role plays a strategic part in managing and optimizing

KPIs , supporting the sales team with a

data-driven approach , and driving

customer-centric strategic planning . Key Responsibilities KPI Management & Reporting Act as the

control tower

for business KPIs. Proactively monitor, manage, and update

key performance indicators. Prepare reports and support materials for internal meetings. Collaborate with the

Sales Administration

and

Finance

departments to manage performance indicators. Performance Planning & Analysis Support the

Sales Director

in setting

performance targets

and tracking business opportunities. Serve as

Key User

for the CRM system to manage sales opportunities. Develop and manage

Sales Performance Dashboards,

analyzing data by region, area, customer, and product. Analyze results and propose

strategic and corrective actions . Monitor the implementation of initiatives and assess their impact. Identify

best practices

and share them within the team. Manage the sales module of the

pricing tool

to propose special deals. New Market Launch & Support Conduct

geomarketing

activities to identify new opportunities. Analyze market trends and propose strategic actions. Act as an intermediary between

Marketing and Sales

for price benchmarking initiatives. Minimum Requirements: Degree





in a scientific discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent). Minimum 5 years of experience

in a similar role. Technical skills:

Proficiency in

Office Tools, Power BI,

and

Google Suite, programming languages. Languages : Fluent in

Italian and English. Strong analytical skills,

problem-solving ability, and capability to synthesize data into actionable insights. Excellent organizational and communication skills , with the ability to collaborate across teams. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team.
