We are searching for our next Software Quality Engineer to join our Software Team as we accelerate our growth journey. Your Responsibilities: Design, develop, execute and maintain software test frameworks ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet functional and non-functional requirements, quality standards, and project timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, analyze system specifications, and complex testing end-to-end scenarios. Provide in-house and in-field support for debugging and troubleshooting, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner. Keep abreast of emerging software testing technologies and industry trends, and incorporate new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the company’s product solutions. Participate in the creation and refinement of development and testing processes to continuously improve software development efficiency and reduce time to market. Contribute to Technology Roadmaps that guide software and testing development to meet Customers’ needs. Foster clear and effective communication with internal teams, external vendors, and consultants to maintain a high level of collaboration and alignment across projects. Your Qualifications: Master’s degree in computer science / engineering. Previous experience in software development, with exposure in designing and developing complex software modules, subsystems, or applications. Proven experience (3+ years)



in software testing preferably for hardware-software integrated industrial products. Experience in automatic testing frameworks usage and customizations and related software life-cycle integration activities. Passion for building smart testing scenarios where systems are challenged and perfected. Hands-on experience with the Linux operating system, shell scripting, and containers. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Networked inter-module communication experience. Problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and share ideas across teams. Additional Desired Skills: Software development and/or testing experience in regulated environments (IEC62304, ISO13485). Experience with automation testing frameworks (Xray, Robot Framework,…) and their integration with software life cycle management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, …). Experience in LIMS/LIS/middleware software specification and development/testing. Experience in diagnostic/life science laboratory automation and/or devices with hands-on knowledge of modules/analyzers interface protocols. Proficiency and expertise in ASTM and HL7 protocols. UI/Frontend automatic testing experience, particularly for healthcare professional devices. Experience with relational and non-relational databases. Event-driven system knowledge.
