Adecco Milano Sales & Merchandising is looking for an IN STORE SERVICE SPECIALIST for a client company, a leader in the sustainable and responsible betting and gaming sector with a portfolio of globally recognized brands. The candidate, in collaboration with their Area Manager, will be responsible for the following activities within client retail points:
Promotion and sales of various company products; Management of visual merchandising activities to improve setup and communication in retail points; Analysis of retail performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Requirements:
High school diploma; Preferable previous experience in commercial, sales, or promotions; Knowledge of main IT tools; Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with strong relational abilities; Strong commercial attitude and results-oriented; Must have a car. Employment Type:
6-month temporary contract, extendable for another 6 months, aimed at direct hiring with the client company and with prospects for internal growth. Salary:
RAL 5th level CCNL Commerce, variable bonus, and meal tickets of €8. Working Hours:
40 hours per week from Monday to Saturday, 6 days a week, in split shifts from 09:00 to 11:30 and from 16:00 to 19:30. Work Area:
