As Reservations Officer, you will directly support the Reservation Manager in driving the performance of the reservations team on property. You will ensure that all SOPs are being adhered to and assist in maintaining and improving reservations operations to ensure a high degree of accuracy in guest reservations,



maximizing revenue opportunities and satisfaction of guests and team members. Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring daily arrivals for all guest requests. Managing inventory, including allotments, group blocks, and rate codes in all applicable systems. Assisting the Revenue Manager in driving up-selling within the property and ensuring optimal use of all distribution channels (e.g., IBE, GDS, Tour Operators, Small Luxury Hotels, Regional and Corporate Sales Offices). Managing group and event bookings. Maintaining the relationship with the guest from event confirmation until post-event feedback collection. Supporting the Reservation and Event Manager during site inspections. Contributing to the success of events by ensuring the full satisfaction and well-being of guests. Overseeing administrative activities related to event realization, including billing. Organizing logistics of events and coordinating all involved departments (Front Office, F&B;, etc.). Taking care of internal digital communication. Qualifications: Experience in the role sought, familiarity with hotel operations technology, and understanding of the regional and local market dynamics, local competitors, and destination events.
