Security Design Engineer ESTERO
to join its office in
ROME OR GENOA
within the Space & Defence Division. Mission We are looking for a Security Design Engineer to join our team in the Space and Defence division. For a Space related project, we are looking for a candidate with a knowledge of system engineering and experience in security design.
The ideal candidate should be willing to learn and explore new technologies. Key Accountabilities Main tasks will be: Analyse the actual system studying how it is currently implemented Analyse change proposals in order to understand the impacts on system specification and specify new requirements Analysis from an architecture and design point of view of deviations demands and realization of system security analysis Support in reviewing industrial Cybersecurity answers to requirements Writing of Technical Notes Requirements At least 4+ years of experience Experience with Doors Good knowledge of GRC Cybersecurity / Governance experience (NIST Framework, 27002, CIS, Mitr@ttack, LPM, NIS/NIS2…) Strong knowledge of network protocols Experience in cryptography Experience as a Security Operation Center (SOC) designer Education Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General Qualifications Competencies MAKE EFFECTIVE DECISIONS - Structure activities according to priorities, actions, resources, and constraints ADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective way MANAGE EMOTIONS - Recognize one's and others' emotions and express and regulate one's reactions CLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfaction EARN TRUST - Take everyone's opinion into account and remain open to diversity PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - Promote commitment by keeping promises as a Role Model THINK FORWARD - Capitalize on experiences and translate them into action plans for the future PIONEER CHANGE - Actively embrace change and benefit from the new circumstances BUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships across departments and outside the organization With over 5,600 employees and 200 offices in 70 countries worldwide, RINA is a multinational player which provides certification, marine classification, product testing, site supervision and vendor inspection, training, and engineering consultancy services across a wide range of sectors.
