**Job Description Summary**:
The Aero Shops Cash Leader will be responsible for B/S and Cash Flow performance of the Repair shops network. He/she will be able to explain through both direct and indirect method main Working Capital changes, will lead billing/cash processes to ensure on time payments and support Aero JV Treasury team providing collections/disbursement profile. Will also be key contact for all shops coordination with JV HQ Cash leader. The position is based in Italy
**Essential Functions / Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Shops Cash Flow with specific regard to the ASTI Italian LE, providing weekly cash statement to TreasuryProvide input to Aero JV Cash and Inventory leader




- Master direct/indirect method to explain WC changes
- Billing/Collection pacingProvide estimates for CEO/CFO calls and explain main variances
- Work with Shop Operation to provide quarterly and yearly Inventory balance estimates and monitor trend
- Coordinate with OTR Finance Manager and Massa Operations to build billing and collection estimates
- Support Income Statement team during quarter close with accounting related activities (cost liquidation, ECA booking,)
- Work with channel to ensure on time payments
- Support Controllership team in explaining WC/FCF changesDuring Closing times, work with CoE to make sure all activities on B/S are performed
- Lead projects around B/S and system enhancement as needed
**Qualifications/Requirements - Internal**
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance from an accredited College or University
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Operational Experience in managing a complex ecosystem of stakeholders (Channels, JV)
- Excellent critical thinking skills, accuracy, big database management ability
- Clear communication across cultures and business climates
- 3-5 years major experience in Finance
- Competence in KPI’s and process management (e.g. planning, shop operations)
